Day 1 - Arrive in Split and do as the locals do - sip an afternoon coffee on the Riva (the famous promenade that lines the sea). Embark on a privately guided city tour and enjoy roaming through the second largest city in Croatia with architecture from 295 AD. The historic center of Split is built around the remains of the Roman Palace of Diocletian, and is marked as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Diocletian's palace, see the basements of the cathedral, Jupiter's temple, the crypt, the church of St. Martin and learn about the traditions of the Dalmatian coast.
Day 2 – Wake up and meet your chef at 9:00am for an authentic Croatian cooking class. First, you’ll shop locally with your chef for the freshest ingredients at the fish and green markets, then you’ll walk back to the studio and learn how to prepare local Dalmatian dishes. Indulge in your creations with some perfectly paired wine and enjoy the vibrant flavours and atmosphere, alike. Spend the afternoon at your leisure in Split.
Day 3 – In the morning, head out on an excursion to Krka National Park. This little piece of paradise is perfect for those who admire the serenity of nature. With over 100 square kilometers to discover, the beauty is endless. Krka National Park is most famous for its picturesque waterfalls and stunning surroundings, where guests can take a dip near the cascading water.
Day 4 - Private boating from Split - Meet your skipper on the Riva for a full day on the water and island discovery. Start by stopping in the small town of Milna (on Brac Island) for a coffee or tea, then head on your way to discover Hvar & the Pakleni Islands. Stop in quiet bays and coves, swim, snorkel and enjoy the water, then head inland to a local spot for lunch. Spend the afternoon soaking up more of the Adriatic before being dropped off back in Split in the evening.
Day 5 – Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and then you are off to your next destination, on the way to Dubrovnik, which is the city of Ston. Ston is home to what has been nicknamed, The Great Wall of Croatia. Here you will find the longest complete fortress system around any European town. Take some time to explore, then board a small boat to try some oysters fresh from the sea and see how they're harvested on a private excursion to Ston Bay. Continue onto Dubrovnik. In the late afternoon, explore Dubrovnik on a privately guided tour with an expert local guide.
Day 6 - Enjoy a leisurely day of swimming, and discovering the beautiful Elaphite Islands, quiet coves and inlets, and stop for lunch on one of the islands. The Elaphite archipelago consists of three islands (Kolocep, Lopud and Sipan). The excursion is a blend of sightseeing and exploring, and you’ll have plenty time to swim, snorkel and relax.
Day 7 – Departure day – Enjoy the morning buying souvenirs for friends and family before taking a private transfer to the airport before your flight.
