We think that the fresher the ingredients, the tastier the meal - so your first stop will be Dolac, the famous open market in Zagreb, where you'll pick up your ingredients. You're sure to find only the best, locally farmed produce, meats and cheeses!
Next, walk over to the studio for your cooking class and start to prepare your traditional Croatian appetizer, main meal and dessert, all of which you'll be guided in creating. Follow your chef's instructions and listen to the stories behind the food. Croatian dishes vary depending on the season, so your meal will be planned according to the time of year.
